Rachael Young is an experienced professional in people operations and management, currently serving as Senior People Experience Manager at Suvera since May 2024. Prior to this role, Rachael held the position of People Partner at AppyWay from January 2022 to February 2024, and served as People Operations Lead at Wayve from July 2019 to January 2022. Rachael began a career in marketing coordination and administrative support at Essex Court Chambers and Gelbergs LLP, and has also held various roles in communications and administration at Shawbrook Bank, Duke Street Capital, IFRS Foundation, and Explore Learning. Rachael holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the CIPD and a BA (Hons) in English Literature & Language from the University of Westminster.

Combining our proprietary technology and in-house clinical team, our service makes proative care simple for providers and patients alike. Ultimately we support general practice to help reduce the demand for care on GPs while also improving outcomes for patients.
