Abhijan Ghosh serves as the General Manager - Process Excellence at Swiggy since May 2023. Abhijan also held various positions at Flipkart from July 2017 to May 2022, focusing on process design and efficiency improvements in logistics, resulting in enhanced seller experience and productivity. Previous experience also includes roles at Pepperidge Farm, Carrier Corporation, Tata Technologies, Bosch Rexroth, and others. Abhijan holds a Post Graduate Program in Management for Executives from the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur, a Master of Science in Logistics from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from CHARUSAT.
