Lauren Bledsoe is the Director of People & Culture at Syndio since July 2022. Before that, they held the position of Manager, People and Culture at Syndio from February 2021 to May 2022. Prior to Syndio, Lauren worked at Boeing from June 2015 to February 2021 as the Human Resources Manager—Service Delivery. They also participated in the Leadership Next Program at Boeing to develop the next generation of leaders. Lauren has a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship from Gonzaga University. Additionally, Lauren has previous experience as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resource Generalist at various organizations.
