Ajay Singh

Ajay Singh has over 25 years of experience in the electronic design automation (EDA) industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Synopsys since December 1997, Ajay leads the Synopsys Design Technology Group, overseeing a range of tools including Fusion Compiler, Design Compiler, Custom Compiler, VCS, Verdi, SpyGlass, VC Formal, VC ZOIX, Formality, PrimeWave, and RTL-A. Prior to this role, Ajay worked as a Corporate Application Engineer at ViewLogic from 1996 to 1997 and as a Field Application Engineer at Future Techno Designs from 1995 to 1996, specializing in ViewLogic tools. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Application Engineer for Mentor Graphics EDA tools at HCL-HP, NIIT, from 1991 to 1995. Ajay holds a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication from COEP Technological University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
