Tiago Martins is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in technology, education, and advisory roles. As the Managing Partner at Collective Intelligence since August 2017, Tiago focuses on organizational growth. Tiago also serves as an Advisor at Talent Protocol, aiming to empower undiscovered talent globally. Co-founding Polkastarter in September 2020, Tiago is instrumental in developing decentralized cross-chain token pools. Previous roles include Lead Developer at Coflyt™, Product Advisor at BEPRO Network, Head of Product at Coinvision, and teaching as a Professor of Computer Science at Academia de Código. Tiago has a robust entrepreneurial background, including founding Codeplace.com, which became the first online programming school in its field. Tiago holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
