Ryan Cote is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in cloud security and network monitoring. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Cybersecurity Engineer at Tanium since January 2024, Ryan has previously held significant roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Security Engineer and Security Consultant, as well as a Cloud Security Manager at The AES Corporation. Prior positions include roles at GE as a Senior Staff Cyber Security Engineer and at CBTS as a Network Security Monitoring Architect, where Ryan implemented critical security solutions and led sensor engineering efforts. Ryan's career also features extensive military experience with the USAF, where key responsibilities included leading sensor management and training initiatives. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from UMUC and a Bachelor's degree in Network Security from ECPI College of Technology, complemented by an Associate's degree in Information Technology from CCAF.
