Jericho Asuncion

Jericho Asuncion is an experienced Learning Experience Director at TaskUs, leading the training delivery department within the Learning and Development team since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jericho served as the Head of Learning & Development at [24]7.ai from December 2006 to March 2022, where responsibilities included strategic implementation and evaluation of learning journeys for frontline staff and leaders. Jericho's extensive background also includes positions at Convergys, where duties spanned from Performance Specialist to Training Manager, contributing to the design and delivery of training initiatives. Earlier experience at eTelecare Global Solutions involved technical training and support roles, alongside foundational customer service roles at a global financial institution. Jericho holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines Manila and a Diploma in Organization Development from Ateneo de Manila University.
