Carly Libman

Carly Libman is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Vice President of Corporate & Public Affairs at TD, a position held since February 2009. In this role, Carly leads teams focused on AI & Analytics, Communications Technology, Global Marketing, Enterprise Events, and Digital Content, including the award-winning TD Stories platform. Carly previously held positions at TD, such as Senior Manager and Manager within Corporate & Public Affairs, leading efforts in media relations, issues management, and employee engagement. Prior to joining TD, Carly worked at Creststreet Asset Management and CIBC Wood Gundy in various marketing communications roles. Carly holds a BA from Western University, a post-graduate degree in Public Relations from Humber College, and has completed the Canadian Securities Course through the Canadian Securities Institute.
