Brad C. Brubaker serves as the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at UiPath since April 2019 and is a Charter Member of TechGC since June 2019. Prior experience includes a long tenure at SAP from April 1994 to April 2019, where roles included General Counsel for multiple regions and various legal titles. Previous positions were held as an Associate at Brown & Connery from 1991 to 1994, and Systems Engineer at GE and RCA Missile and Surface Radar in the 1980s. Educational credentials include a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a BS in Physics from Albright College, complemented by an Executive Global Leadership Program at INSEAD.
