Jason P. Allegrante currently serves as the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Fireblocks, holding roles such as Head Regulatory Counsel and Consulting Counsel since April 2020. In addition, Jason is a Charter Member of TechGC, an independent peer community for General Counsel, since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel at San Juan Mercantile Bank & Trust in 2019, Associate General Counsel at Noble Markets in 2018, and as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2015 to 2018, where Jason was also a secondee at Morgan Stanley. Earlier roles encompassed Global Regulatory Counsel at FXCM, an associate in the Financial Regulatory Group at Linklaters, and senior roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Jason earned a BA in English and History from Columbia University, a Certificate in Global Business Law and Governance from Sciences Po, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
