Freddy Rivera began their career in 2015 as a Technical Recruiter at Hulu. In this role, Freddy was responsible for recruiting top talent for various positions across the company, from product managers to UX designers. In 2017, Freddy transitioned to Amazon, where they took on the role of Senior Program Manager for Diversity & Inclusion. In this role, Freddy was responsible for developing and implementing programs that would foster a more inclusive environment within Amazon. In 2019, Freddy left Amazon to join Oracle as a Senior Program Manager for Diversity Programs. In this role, Freddy was responsible for consulting and sales for Oracle's ERP, HCM, and CRM programs. In 2020, Freddy left Oracle to join Techqueria as an Advisor.
Freddy Rivera has a Bachelor of Science in Management & Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Certification from Textio in Textio Interrupting Bias in Hiring Certification. Freddy also has a Certification from ADP in Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR).

Founded in 2015 and incorporated on March 1st, 2019, they are the largest global community of Latinx professionals in tech in the U.S. with over 16,000 members and allies.
