Sweta has also worked as an HR Executive at Tecnova, specializing in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll management, and client management. Before Tecnova, Sweta worked at Mancer Consulting Services as a Senior Executive-Internal HR and as a Senior Consultant, handling recruitment activities for Analytics and BFSI domain. Sweta began their career as an intern at IMC, where Sweta dealt with student inquiries, scheduled interviews, and maintained student databases. Sweta holds an MBA in HR & Fin from PTU and a B.Sc in Electronics from Delhi University.
