Andy Low has over 30 years of work experience in engineering management and design. Andy worked at Alcatel from 1990 to 1998 as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they built and managed a team of 30 engineers. Andy was responsible for supporting mechanical, power supply, and electrical configurations engineering, as well as CAD and document control. Prior to Alcatel, Andy worked at Tellabs starting in 1998 as a Senior Principal Engineer, specializing in Optical LAN design. Andy also worked on mechanical design using CREO and Windchill, with designs ranging from high volume plastics to electronic card cages.

Andy Low earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona in 1986. Andy later pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University from 1996 to 1998.
