Göran Prahl

Göran Prahl is an experienced IT professional with over two decades in the industry, primarily serving at Tetra Pak since April 2001. In the role of Service Delivery Manager for Global Service Desk & On-Site Services, Göran ensures the efficiency and quality of support functions for end users worldwide. Previous positions at Tetra Pak include Time Zone Lead for Server & Mail, Service Coordinator for On-Site Services in North Europe, and IT Professional responsible for strategic IT support in Lund. Prior to Tetra Pak, Göran worked as a Support Technician at Lindahl & Rothoff AB, providing consultancy and end-user support. Göran holds a degree from Lund University, earned between 1993 and 1998.
