Albert Carbon is an experienced public works professional with a robust background in managing municipal infrastructure and services. As the Public Works Director for the City of Oakland Park, Florida since January 2016, Albert oversees a department of 70 personnel, focusing on various essential services including water, sewer, stormwater, and solid waste management. Prior experience includes engineering at Palm Beach Aggregates, project management for Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, and serving as Public Works Director in both Fort Lauderdale and South Pasadena, California. Albert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology.

Companies pay a subscription to use The Atlas for targeted marketing, sales intelligence and increased deal flow. Tomorrow, The Atlas will be the platform where all local government transactions occur. In this first 8-months theplatform grew to host over 12K city users from 2.2K cities that impact 247 million US residents.
