Calvin Farr

Calvin D. Farr, Jr., P.E. serves as the General Manager/CEO of Prince William Water since May 2021, overseeing Virginia's largest combined water and wastewater authority, which serves over 380,000 residents. In addition to this role, Calvin is an Executive Board Member of the US Water Alliance and the Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies, and serves on the Board of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies and the Upper Occoquan Service Authority. Calvin also holds a board position with SPARK, the Education Foundation for Prince William County Public Schools. Prior experience includes leadership positions such as Director of Public Utilities for the City of Richmond and Assistant Commissioner for the City of Atlanta’s Department of Watershed Management. Calvin holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, a Master's in Environmental Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and an Executive Master's in Public Management from the University of Maryland.
