Shenna M. Bradshaw

Shenna M. Bradshaw currently serves as General Counsel for Brock Group since October 2024, following a tenure as General Counsel and VP, People at Booster from October 2022 to October 2024. Prior to these roles, Shenna was Vice President of Business Transformation at Motiva Enterprises LLC, where a comprehensive Business Transformation strategy led to over $550 million in EBITDA growth. Experience also includes serving as Associate General Counsel at Motiva, where leadership of a legal team focused on compliance and corporate matters was key. Earlier positions include significant legal roles at Andeavor and Aegion Corporation, including General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources. Shenna holds a JD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Saint Mary's College.
