Katy Kuhlman

Katy Kuhlman is a seasoned professional with a background in business systems analysis and technical communications, currently serving as the Business Systems Analyst Lead, Product Operations Lead, and Technical Communications Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Application Lifecycle Manager and IT Quality Assurance Lead at Predictive Service from February 2015 to March 2020, and as Senior IT Test Analyst and Call Center Supervisor at Revol Wireless from November 2005 to January 2014. Katy began a career in customer marketing at MBNA as a Customer Advocate in 2005. Katy holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University, earned from 1998 to 2002.
