Ben Eberly

Ben Eberly is an experienced automation engineer currently serving as a Staff Automation Engineer at The Hershey Company since March 2025. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Senior Automation Engineer at Precision Cobotics from September 2023 to March 2025. Ben's extensive background includes working as an Assistant Project Engineer for Gulfstream Aerospace from March 2015 to September 2023, where Ben led the automation team in developing and commissioning robotic solutions for manufacturing challenges. Ben's career began at GE Aviation, where roles included Automation Engineering Specialist and various levels of Automation Engineer, as well as internships focused on mechanical engineering and supply chain management. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University obtained in 2014.
