Jamie Carlson

Jamie Carlson, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Iowa Clinic, P.C. since August 2013. Prior to this role, Jamie held significant positions such as Vice President of Operations for the Cardiovascular Service Line Development at Nebraska Heart Institute and served in various capacities at Nebraska Heart Hospital, including Vice President of Operations and Chief Human Resources Officer. Early career experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Lincoln Surgical Hospital and Human Resources Team Leader at Nebraska Heart Hospital, as well as Employee Relations Specialist at The Nebraska Medical Center. Jamie's career in human resources and operations began at Inacom Information Systems as a Human Resources Manager. Jamie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
