Peer Power Foundation
Jalen Washington currently serves as a Youth Pastor at Olivet Fellowship Baptist Church since January 2024 and has held the title of Program Director at Peer Power since August 2020, where responsibilities include organizing community outreach opportunities and preparing reports for executive teams. Previously, Jalen worked as a Behavior Analyst at Chattanooga Preparatory School, focusing on behavior plans and stakeholder communication, and coordinated summer youth advocacy programs at Memphis Athletic Ministries. Jalen holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and completed education at White Station High School.

Peer Power is a non-profit organization that recruits and trains high-performing college students, called Success Coaches, to tutor in public school classrooms and mentor high school students to encourage active learning, valuing education, and being personally accountable for their futures.
