Shaon Sen

Shaon Sen has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at The Star Entertainment Group since April 2016, with a progression through roles including Chef De Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Junior Sous Chef. Prior to this, Shaon held the position of Senior Chef de Partie at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from November 2015 to April 2016 and worked as Chef de Partie at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) for a brief period in mid-2015. Shaon also gained valuable experience as Chef de Partie at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from March 2011 to June 2015, specializing in the Italian restaurant BENE. Earlier culinary foundations were established as Commis 1 at The Oberoi Group in a pre-opening property and as Commis at The Oberoi Grand, where exposure to various kitchen sections was acquired. Shaon received education at Carmel High School in Kolkata.
