Joel Simpson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety management and project management. Since December 2019, Joel has served as Safety Manager at NECI, where responsibilities include the development and administration of safety practices to foster a strong safety culture. Transitioning to The Stellix Group as Safety and Security Manager in March 2024, Joel continues to enhance safety measures within the organization. Additionally, Joel has a significant military background as an Intel Officer and Sustainment Training Branch Chief in the Army National Guard, along with various leadership roles, including Company Commander. Joel's prior experience includes project management positions at Liberty Construction Services and roles in engineering and technology support. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
