Geoff Bishop

Geoff Bishop has over three decades of experience in engineering and management, primarily with The Timken Company since January 1992, where roles have included Manager of Global Quality TQMS and Change Management, leading global quality and change management initiatives, as well as overseeing eCommerce solutions and large bore bearing programs. Previous positions encompass management of profit-driven product lines, new product development, and program advancement, showcasing a strong background in organic growth strategies and global program management. Prior to Timken, Geoff held engineering roles at Westinghouse Corporation and Philadelphia Gear Corporation. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as executive development training from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
