Gerhard Buhler

Gerhard Buhler is an experienced information technology professional with a robust background in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Information Systems, Collaboration Services at The Travelers Companies, Inc. since August 2016, Buhler has previously held positions including Director of IT at Becton, Dickinson and Company and various managerial roles at AT&T, where responsibilities included senior program management and technology planning. An academic foundation in physics was established with a Dr. rer. nat. and a Dipl.-Phys. from Universität des Saarlandes in Germany, complemented by research experience at both Universität des Saarlandes and the University of California, Irvine.
