Jennifer Adams

Jennifer Adams has over 24 years of experience at Travelers, currently serving as Sr. Director and Agile Product Owner for Ceded Reinsurance Operations since August 1999. In this role, Jennifer leads business architecture and process engineering for a portfolio of operational systems, focusing on data management and leveraging. Previously, Jennifer held positions including Accounting Manager, responsible for managing a multifunctional team and overseeing ceded receivables exceeding $1 billion, and Environmental Claim Manager presenting claims to reinsurers. Jennifer's early career involved managing billing and collections for loss sensitive accounts and serving as a Captive Reinsurance Accounting Analyst.
