Alan Werchan is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in budgeting and financial management within the higher education sector. Currently serving as a Special Advisor at The University of Texas System since March 2023, Alan provides expertise in business, budgeting, accounting, and legislative appropriations, particularly regarding the integration of Stephen F.
