Thistle Farms
Courtney Sobieralski has a strong work history that includes various roles in different organizations. In 2011, Sobieralski started as a Development Intern at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. This role lasted from August to December.
In 2012, Sobieralski joined Thistle Farms as the Founding Director of Cafe. This position lasted for almost 9 years, from April 2012 to June 2021.
Returning to Thistle Farms in August 2021, Sobieralski took on the role of Human Resources Coordinator. This position lasted until April 2022, when Sobieralski was promoted to the role of Human Resources Director, where they are currently employed.
Courtney Sobieralski earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2022.

RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM Our free, 2 year program provides survivors a safe place to live, a meaningful job, and a sisterhood of support. NATIONAL NETWORK The largest network in the United States committed to a housing-first model for survivors. Through our 44 sister organizations, over 350 beds are hosted across the country. GLOBAL SHARED TRADE A commerce platform that connects survivor artisans from around the world and provides over 50% of profits back to the artisan group for community development, women empowerment, healing, and education.
