Tracy Donofry

Tracy Donofry serves as the VP and Executive Creative Director at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in creative leadership. Previously, Tracy held the position of CCO, Chief Creative Strategist, and Partner at Highwater from May 2019 to April 2022. Prior roles include Executive Creative Director at 160over90 from March 2015 to May 2019 and Chief Creative Strategist and Managing Partner at Star Group from March 1989 to March 2015. Additionally, Tracy contributed as a Board Member for the 4A's from 2008 until February 2017 and gained experience as a Senior Art Director at Weightman Advertising from July 1983 to March 1989. Tracy's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Design from the Philadelphia College of Art.
