Threekit is seeking an Employee Success and Recruiting Coordinator who is a resourceful individual, a good problem solver, has stellar organization abilities and is extremely personable. They should be friendly, courteous and welcoming to employees, candidates and clients. They should be a proactive self-starter with a high level of integrity and discretion and have a keen eye for detail.
This is a hybrid position supporting both recruiting and employee success functions as well as providing general administrative support for Threekits offices and to the CEO and other members of the leadership team as and when required.
Primarily, the individual will be responsible for assisting in the recruiting and onboarding process including reviewing applications, administering tests and coordinating onboarding as well as serving as a support to the Employee Success team with managing employee records, administering recognition and organizing fun and engaging Threekit events.

What You'll Do
Respond to questions and requests for information, provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested
Work with hiring managers and Employee Success to identify ideal candidate profiles, post job requisitions, administer testing and screen applicants
Work closely with hiring managers to coordinate onsite or virtual interviews, onboarding sessions, and meetings as needed
Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and service providers
Plan and coordinate (virtual or in person) employee events such as annual company meetings, celebrations, and charitable fundraisers
Support planning of leadership meetings and events including making reservations, and ordering food
Manage a variety of disparate projects and ensure thorough, timely, full completion
Send out employee surveys
Co-ordinate employee check-ins
Issue recognition gifts
Support maintenance of Threekit’s ATS and HRIS
Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Provide executive administrative support to the CEO and other members of the leadership team as required
What Catches Our Eye
Prior experiences in an administrative role
Ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities
Strong collaboration abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in working with an ATS and/or HRIS
Ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly reprioritize
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships

Superior attention to detail
Desire to work in a team environment

Experience in the tech industry

Prior experience in recruiting
Required Education
HS diploma
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other relevant field
