James Gregoire has extensive work experience in the food service and entertainment industries. James started their career with Famous Players in 2000, where they held various roles such as Food Service and Operations Manager and Training and Development Manager. In these positions, they focused on training and development, managing teams, and overseeing financial aspects of operations.
Later, James joined Cineplex Entertainment in 2005, where they served as a Training and Development Coordinator and eventually became the Director of Operations for Quebec. In this role, they were responsible for managing multiple theaters and drive-ins, as well as overseeing a large number of employees. James was also involved in hiring, training, and opening new theater locations.
Currently, James is employed at Tim Hortons, where they have held several positions since 2010. James has worked as a District Manager, Manager of Business Development, Director of Business Development and Training, General Manager for Canada East, Head of Field Operations, and currently serves as the Vice President of Franchise Operations. In these roles, they have been involved in various aspects of franchise operations, including developing and implementing strategies, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
James Gregoire attended McGill University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. James then went on to attend Concordia University from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Commerce.
