Asher Yartsev

Asher Yartsev is a technology professional currently serving as Co-Founder of Stealth since 2025. Previously, Yartsev held the position of R&D Team Lead at OneLayer from September 2022 to 2025 and served as Team Leader and Data Scientist at Varonis from July 2019 to August 2022. Yartsev led the Data & Reinforcement Learning team at Autonomous Formula, a Technion student project, from January 2019 to November 2019, focusing on developing reinforcement learning algorithms and data augmentation using AirSim. Prior experience includes working as a Real-time Programmer at Elbit Systems Ltd from May 2017 to June 2019 and teaching programming, particularly C++ and clean code, from July 2016 to July 2018. Yartsev started a military career as an Infantry Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from June 2011 to June 2015 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2020.
