Jonn Perez

Jonn Perez has over two decades of extensive experience in cybersecurity and technical support, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Cybersecurity Services and Head of Global PSIRT at Trend Micro since February 2002. Throughout the years at Trend Micro, Jonn has held various senior leadership roles, including overseeing global customer success and services programs, as well as vulnerability and threat response initiatives. Prior to Trend Micro, Jonn worked at Xerox Connect as a Professional Services Solutions Consultant and at Procom Technology as an International Sales Assistant. Jonn’s career began with an internship as an International Trade Assistant at the United States Department of Commerce. Educational qualifications include a Professional Master of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on International Management from Cal State Fullerton.
