VJ Kumar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in driving business growth and operational strategy across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President & General Manager at Tricentis since February 2018, VJ Kumar leads product sales in the Enterprise segment and oversees all business functions including product roadmap, sales, marketing, and customer success. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Strategy, VJ Kumar significantly expanded the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Software as a Service (SaaS) business by eightfold in four years. With a strong background in strategy and operations from roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Deloitte Consulting, VJ Kumar has a proven track record of implementing data-driven decision-making processes and leading successful transformation initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
