Karen Dingli

Karen Dingli is currently the Head of HR at Trident Trust. Prior to this role, Karen worked as an HR Manager at PwC Malta and as a Senior Human Resources Executive at CaterEssence Ltd. Karen also has experience as a Talent Management Executive at P5+. Karen holds a Master of Science degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from Maastricht University, a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons.) degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and another Bachelor of Psychology (Hons.) degree from the University of Malta.
