Ruthann Nelch

Ruthann Nelch is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Vice President of People eXperience at Trimble since January 2016. Previously, Ruthann held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at NetApp from 2007 to 2015, where responsibilities included driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting high-revenue executives in sales and systems engineering. Prior to NetApp, Ruthann worked at Sun Microsystems from 1992 to 2001, initially as Director of Human Resources, where a team of nine HR professionals was managed, and earlier as a Senior Human Resources Manager. Ruthann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
