David Delvecchio

David DelVecchio, CCP, CBP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Total Rewards at Trinity Industries, Inc., where responsibilities include the design, delivery, and communication of compensation and benefits programs since February 2015. Prior to this, David held the position of Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits at TruGreen, managing compensation and benefits delivery for a large workforce, following a spin-off from ServiceMaster. During tenure at ServiceMaster, contributions included overseeing benefits and compensation programs for multiple brands and a significant employee base. Earlier experience includes roles at Verizon, where David directed compensation programs and managed executive compensation procedures for a vast employee population. David holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
