Michael Amalfitano

Michael Amalfitano, CPA has extensive work experience in various roles related to internal audit and financial management. Michael has served as Vice President of Internal Audit at Tronox and Chemtura, where they contributed to the successful acquisition of Chemtura by LANXESS AG. Additionally, they worked as an Independent Consultant and Controller at Lakeview Health. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Internal Audit & Inventory Control at The Sun Products Corporation, where they developed and led the internal audit function. Earlier in their career, they worked at KPMG LLP as a Director, overseeing financial and operational audits, as well as at Kostin, Ruffkess & Company, LLC as an Associate, specializing in financial statement audits and tax return preparation.

Michael Amalfitano, CPA obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
