Andy Hart has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andy began their career in the Royal Air Force as a Logistics Specialist from 1982 to 1995. Following their military service, they joined Spicers in 1995 as a Regional Training Manager, where they implemented and delivered training for the rollout of a computerized warehousing system throughout the UK. Andy later became the local training manager at the Central Northern Distribution Centre, assisting staff at all levels to progress within the company. In 2005, Andy joined Tunstall Healthcare (UK) as a Customer Training Executive and gradually moved up the ranks, taking on roles such as PNC Training Team Leader, PNC Training & Software Consultancy Team Leader, and Software Training & Consultancy Manager. Most recently, they held positions as Head of Operations and Head of Department in 2022.

Andy Hart attended Microstrategy, where they did not receive a degree or specialize in a particular field of study. Andy then went on to Crofton High School, where they did not earn a degree. Finally, Andy Hart attended Wakefield College of Technology, where they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
