Faye Cripps

Faye Cripps is an experienced employee relations and human resources professional with a diverse background spanning several roles in various companies. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Advisor at TWI since March 2022, Faye previously worked as a Human Resources Officer at Minster Trust for Education and as a Recruitment Coordinator at Futures for Business, where responsibilities included managing the apprenticeship recruitment process. Faye's career began at Futures Management Group as HR Focus, maintaining HR systems and overseeing the employee lifecycle, and included roles such as HR Assistant at W R Evans Group of Companies and Inside Sales Account Manager at Patterson Medical. Faye holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from Keele University, completed in 2015.
