Michael Kessenich has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Sr. Director of Operations at U.S. AutoForce since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Inbound Logistics at the same company from 2020 to 2023. Before U.S. AutoForce, Michael worked as the Insights and Analytics Portfolio Manager - Autoforce at U.S. Venture, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Michael also has experience as a Vice President at Argonaut Private Equity from 2018 to 2019. Michael was involved in the founding and management of ValencePM, where they served as the General Manager and Co-Founder from 2016 to 2017, and as the Vice President and Co-Founder from 2013 to 2016. Michael started their career as an Analyst at Saracen Energy in 2010 and then worked at Bain & Company, where they held various positions, including Senior Associate Consultant, Associate Consultant - Private Equity Group, and Associate Consultant from 2010 to 2013. Michael also had an internship as an Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company in 2009.
Michael Kessenich attended Rice University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, from 2008 to 2009, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and completed the General Course in Economics and Finance.
