Lucy O'Brien

Lucy O'Brien is an experienced media professional currently serving as the Director of Editorial Communications at Ubisoft since July 2022, where management of a nine-member team focuses on high-quality written and video content for the company's channels. Prior to Ubisoft, Lucy held the position of Executive Editor, Features at IGN Entertainment from May 2012 to June 2022, leading a team to produce top-tier feature content in video games and entertainment. Additional experience includes roles as Games & Entertainment Editor at IGN, Product Manager at One to Another Pty. Ltd, Editor-in-Chief at Future Publishing’s PSM3 Australia, and Contract Writer at Sidhe Interactive. Lucy holds a BA and MA in Film/Theatre and Creative Writing from Victoria University of Wellington.
