Alex Willis has a diverse work experience in the recruitment field. Alex started their career as a Managing Consultant at Sheridan Maine and later became the Manager of the Permanent Division at Integris Financial Recruitment. Alex then worked as an Executive Recruiter at CSC, focusing on executive level head office roles. At KPMG, they were involved in senior hire recruitment. Alex also worked at RSA as a Recruitment Business Manager, and at Northgate Information Solutions as the Head of UK Recruitment. Later, they joined Randstad as an Account/Relationship Director. Alex then worked at AVW Solutions Limited as a Director before moving on to Aspire as the Head of Talent. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Recruitment at UBT, a global enterprise providing business advisory services.
Alex Willis attended the University of Portsmouth from 1992 to 1995. During this time, they pursued a degree in Land Management and successfully graduated with a 2:1.
