Adam has been developing innovation strategy for over fifteen years, starting with producing one of the first branded podcasts for Unilever way back in 2005. For the past five years, he has led innovation strategy at UM’s innovation division, the IPG Media Lab, tracking the intersection of emerging technologies and changing consumer behavior for the agency’s global brands. Adam is also a published board game designer and industry expert on innovation in theme parks and immersive entertainment.
