Union County Public Schools
Elizabeth Allen has a diverse work experience in the field of education, starting as a Teacher of English Language in Cleveland County Schools in 2008. Elizabeth then moved on to UNC Charlotte as a Graduate Student in 2013 before transitioning to a role as an Administrative Intern in Rutherford County Schools in 2014. From there, they progressed to Assistant Principal roles in Rutherford County Schools in 2015 and Union County Public Schools in 2016. Allen's career culminated as a Principal at Union County Public Schools in June 2019.
Elizabeth Allen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Appalachian State University in 2007. Elizabeth later obtained a Master's Degree in School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2015.
