Wes Foell has taught, researched and consulted in Wisconsin and many countries, living in Jakarta in 2000-1, advising the government on energy efficiency and pricing. Current professional interests include Wisconsin energy policy and global issues of energy sustainability, poverty, and equity. Other passions are ecological restoration, hiking, languages, and 17th century Dutch culture, including sustainable urban systems.
