**About the Job**

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join Universal Yums! This role will join the Marketing Team, which is responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, grow customer lifetime value, and further establish our brand in the market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Universal Yums’ email and SMS marketing programs.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Own all end-to-end activities within the email marketing channel to drive customer acquisition, retention, and LTV extension.
- Utilize Klaviyo to manage the email marketing campaigns.
- Own the integrity and organization of data in our CRM in order to properly build and maintain audiences, generate reports, and monitor performance.
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with the internal creative team on designing emails in-line with the Universal Yums’ brand and marketing strategy.
- Maintain an organized email calendar and share it with other stakeholders to proactively support creative, operations, and marketing needs.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reporting on email campaign KPIs and results.
- Propose and test new email tactics and strategies based on data-driven insights and observations of tactics used by other successful brands.
- Develop and execute an A/B testing framework to optimize the email program and learn more about our customers.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, STEM, or similar
- 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
- 2+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing platforms
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience in Google Analytics or another attribution platform
- Ability to analyze data and take action on relevant insights
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills

Additional qualifications which are helpful but not required are:

- Experience with Klaviyo
- Familiarity with HTML & CSS
- Experience working at a DTC eCommerce company.
- Experience working in an agency, start-up, or similarly fast-paced environment

**Location**

- Hybrid work arrangement reporting into HQ (Roseland, NJ) 3x per week
