Colette Nsofor

Colette Nsofor is a PhD candidate at the University of Southampton, focusing on the integration of disruptive technologies to enhance the resilience of the agri-food supply chain amidst severe disruptions. In a current role as a Senior Policy Associate, Colette is engaged in a policy-based project analyzing the role of e-textile wearables in healthcare, which includes producing stakeholder analyses and organizing workshops at Westminster. Colette has successfully completed several policy projects, including a synthesis report on AI and sustainability. Previous roles at the University of Southampton include Education Development Project Officer, where support for dissertation projects was coordinated, as well as positions that involved teaching assistance and administrative duties. Colette's educational background includes a PhD in Business Studies and Management and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from the University of Southampton, along with a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Port Harcourt.
