Melissa J. Radford

Melissa J. Radford currently serves as the Director of Alumni Engagement at The University of Tulsa, building on extensive experience in career and professional development programming that led to significant increases in event participation and engagement rates. Prior roles include Associate Director of the Center for Career Development and Professional Engagement and Assistant Director of Strategic Engagement, where Melissa J. Radford successfully launched an alumni mentoring platform and improved student recruitment efforts. Earlier in their career, as Director of Operations at Jenco Fabricators Inc., efficiency was enhanced and operational costs reduced through optimized processes. Melissa J. Radford holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business from the University of San Diego.
