Sandra Marsh-McClain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, program management, and pastoral leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Specialist at UPMC since November 2020, Sandra facilitates leadership and staff training, designs learning experiences, and evaluates program effectiveness. Previously, Sandra held roles as Senior Program Manager and Facilitator at Pennsylvania Women Work, overseeing multiple career service programs and managing facilitation staff. Sandra's career also includes significant experience as a Senior Lead Pastor for the Western Pennsylvania Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, and positions in staff development at Carnegie Mellon University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from La Roche University, a Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education from Texas Wesleyan University.
